As part of my PhD I have, together with my co-author Aurelius Noble, digitised large amounts of handwritten documents.

Aurelius Noble has turned his expertise in automated transcription into two interactive online workshops. These workshops provide an introduction to automated transcription for economic historians. They are aimed at researchers, with no technical expertise, and aim to provide a practical hands-on introduction to different approaches and techniques.
